What was Most Expensive Condo Sold Past year in Wrightsville Beach?

$925,000 was sold price for this condo 2400  N Lumina Ave #1403,  Wrightsville Beach, NC  28480 and it just closed in March 2012–the most expensive sale in the past year for Wrightsville beach condos.  It was a renovated 1338 sq ft and had a to do for terrace-the only thing missing was  jacuzzi  on the terrace 🙂
