One thing to keep in mind about Emerald Isle oceanfront homes for investors is that the rental income tends to be lower than rents collected on other beaches. So if cash flow is the goal then it’s probably not the right beach for you. Few interesting facts–in previous decades the population was crazy low. Isn’t that interesting!
