Golf Course Homes for Sale in Wilmington NC

There are about 7 golf course communities within Wilmington NC.  Some are completely private and expensive such as $10,000s to gain membership.  Others are semi-private and allow visitors to play the course for a higher fee as guests of members.  And some have graduated membership such as Echo Farms were residents can get a full year of driving range privileges –unlimited balls–for $240/year.  Amazing value.  An all out membership in Echo Farms for example for the family to have tennis, golf and swimming pool access is just $1400/year.

Look 2 courses just closed past year: Echo Farms and The Cape.  Owners are furious, drama, etc. I need to video blog about this like the cape fear crossing issue in Brunswick Forest….. I just deactivated the links for The Cape and Echo Farms.  Unbelievable that this has happened to everyone.
