Is the Wilmington real estate market and landfall headed up?

Believe it or not I’m blogging from a tablet at the park. Often in my “free” time I get online and study the market. I’ve got some great mobile tools and apps that let keep tap into Wilmington real estate anywhere anytime–although I promise that i disconnect during church!

When you look at how far prices of landfall homes have dropped in the past 3 years combined with much lower inventory and a turn upward in prices…then the market has turned a corner. Last year was one of the best to buy a Wilmington home but now with the lowest interest rates of all time is an amazing opportunity.

Wilmington real estate market turns a corner

Interest rates are likely to be higher next year so anybody who is considering becoming a landlord investor the time is now I can assure you.Jay Seville
