Misc on Landfall Country Club Memberships
There are 3 tiers of membership to the landfall country club. You have the full membership initiation fee is $XX,500, and if you get the refundable equity membership that means downline if you uh sell your home for example, you are entitled to receive XX% of the current initiation fee back upon the subsequent resale of that membership. Then there with a full membership the other option is a nonrefundable equity membership generally these are purchased by people who plan on being there a long time. They’re sort of locking locking in for the long haul. The sports membership is a refundable equity membership of $XXXXX0 and again if you ever sell your entitled to up to XX% of that back upon successful subsequent resale and then finally the house membership is a refundable equity membership of $XX00 so now the question is what do these memberships cover?
I have a lot of basic information here about Landfall. Many describe it as coastal living at its finest minutes to the airport, Wrightsville Beach, Mayfair retail center, near the downtown that’s charming, and sought after public and private schools, miles of intracoastal waterfront land 24 hours 7 days a week security gate, soccer field, baseball diamond, 18-hole Pete Dye golf course, 27 hole Jack Nicholas course, greens, target greens, putting greens, driving range, two club houses overlook the golf courses, SportsCenter, tennis, fitness rooms, aerobics, thousands of square footage of these space to work with Olympic pool tons of water views ponds lakes and coastal waterway golf course views etc.
All right, with the full membership full members get to use all the facilities period. They do not pay green fees or court fees, but they do pay golf cart rental fees of $18 per person. Those with full membership at landfall country club have a 14 day reservation for tee times and 7 days for tennis court reservations have access to all tennis, golf, swimming, fitness, dining clubhouse, and social features of the club.
The sports membership those members with the sports membership plan or tier, they get to use all the facility is as those with the full membership listed previously in this slide about Wilmington NC real estate. However the golf benefits are limited to 12 rounds of golf a year after 12 PM and these members do pay green fees and cart fees of $55. They get a 7 day reservation benefit for tee times and tennis courts a seven-day window I would rather say and their use of the driving range is limited to preceding one of their 12 tee times allowed or wall receiving golf lessons by a landfall golf pro.
And then we have the house membership this plan is much less expensive–$XXX0 and merely includes unlimited use of all social facilities clubhouse and dining. A few miscellaneous details: all categories may have waiting lists, equity memberships have tiered voting power ranging from 4 to 1 votes depending, and a refundable equity membership. What is that? Let’s just review review that again. When these members resign their membership they can receive 70% of the current initiation fee for their membership when their membership is resold.
