Landfall Holds Strong But Market Activity is “Hot”

Landfall Homes Hold Strong and Steady from Year Ago

Just a quick update on Landfall real estate in Wilmington NC.   The new market data is out for June 2012.  There is not much to report–the market for this amazing neighborhood is holding steady.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In terms of the the number of listings in Landfall and the number of homes under contract not much has changed.

 

However the number of Landfall solds has gone up considerably

11 homes sold the past 2 months compared to just 7 a year ago.  So market activity– a “hot” market has been in play this year.
