Prices Trend Downward for Wrightsville Beach Condos
Couple quick points on the condo market:
- prices are higher than a year ago, but in the last few months are trending downward
- there are so few sales each month of wrightsville beach condos and townhouses that one must not read too much into such limited amount of numbers. One big sale or very small sale can distort the numbers and our view of the market. That’s why I like to show an arrow for past 3 months compared to 3 months a year ago :
