Here’s past sales at Reefs on a map. The point being that the condominium is actually a series of condos on the north side of Carolina beach condos for sale. Some are ocean front and others are 2nd row with ocean views. They are boutique buildings with 6-units usually. They do not have pools and as of Summer 2019 they mostly close in 290s but top floor oceanfronts close much higher sometimes.
