This is a summary of Holden Beach homes that are waterfront for sale in NC. Most of them are canal front homes with deep water that take you out to the ICW intracoastal Waterway. You used to be able to get these homes for $400,000 that were legit.  Now they are hard to get under $600,000. These homes can give you the best of both worlds with ocean views and deep water or ICW front access. When you own the homes at the mouth of the canal you are sort of getting and ICW front home at a discount; the views are similar and the water depth is 4+ feet.
